Outdoor risk
Outdoor activity carries inherent risk. Maps, routes, weather, wildlife, network, AI, Bird ID and safety features can be incomplete, delayed, unavailable or inaccurate. WILNIVO does not guarantee route safety, rescue availability, emergency delivery, wildlife detection or connectivity.
Accounts and conduct
Protect credentials and do not misuse the service, impersonate others, harass users, publish unlawful content, expose sensitive wildlife locations or attempt unauthorized access.
User content
You retain rights you lawfully hold in submitted content and grant WILNIVO the rights needed to host, process and display that content according to your visibility choices and service functionality.
Third-party services
Maps, providers, payment services and partner content may have separate terms or limitations.
Availability
Features may evolve or depend on region, device, provider, licence, permissions and connectivity.
